Topical Acne vulgaris As 0.01-0.05% : Apply enough to the entire affected area once daily at night or before bedtime. Therapeutic effects may be observed after 2-3 weeks but may require >6 weeks of treatment to see consistent beneficial effects.

It is used for treatment of acne vulgaris in people 12 years of age and older.
